About Bob Byers
Bob Byers, the founder of Byers and Associates, LLC has served the mold and die industry in several different capacities. He has been a chosen speaker at several national conferences of the AMBA, NTMA, Powder Metal and Aerospace Groups, along with special speaking engagements at the many local chapters of these groups. Bob has vast experience in all aspects of Mold making and manufacturing, “I don’t just give a report but become their coach, either in setting up a sales program or lean manufacturing. I do it from a shop floor perspective.”

During my career I have held many titles and done many jobs from turning handles on the shop floor, managing a manufacturing shop, overseeing sales and running a successful manufacturing facility to many other jobs.
